How do I change my newsletter preferences?

Head to your Preferences page in the dashboard. You can update your watch topics, competitors, regulatory bodies, industry tags, and email style anytime. Changes take effect on your next issue.

When does my newsletter arrive?

All plans support a flexible delivery schedule — choose any day and time from your dashboard preferences. Most teams pick Monday morning so the brief lands ahead of the week's planning. Professional adds a second weekly send.

How do I add team members?

Go to the Team page in your dashboard. You can add team members by uploading a CSV or entering their details individually. Each team member can receive a tailored edition based on their role and focus areas.

How do I change my plan?

Visit your Billing page and click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between plans.

How do I cancel?

Go to your Billing page and click “Manage Subscription.” In the Stripe portal, select “Cancel subscription.” You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your profile and data will be preserved if you decide to come back.

How do I give feedback on my brief?

Each newsletter includes 👍 and 👎 buttons at the bottom. Tap one to let us know how we did — your feedback directly improves future issues. You can also reply to any newsletter email with specific requests like "More coverage on competitor moves" or "Less on general market trends" and we'll adjust your profile accordingly.

The content isn't relevant to my business

Two ways to fix this: (1) Reply directly to any newsletter with feedback like "More coverage on regulatory updates" or "Less on general market trends" — we'll adjust your profile. (2) Update your watch topics, competitors, and sector tags in your preferences to better guide the brief.

I'm not receiving emails

First, check your spam/junk folder. Then add brief@theonlycopy.com and newsletter@theonlycopy.com to your contacts or safe senders list. If you're still not receiving emails, make sure your subscription is active on the Billing page.

How do I get a refund?

Contact us at support@theonlycopy.com within 30 days of your purchase. We'll process your refund promptly — no questions asked.

Is my data secure?
