Common questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You start receiving briefs immediately on signup. No credit card required up front. At day 14, your card is charged for the plan you selected — or you can cancel anytime before then with one click. We'll send a 5-day reminder before any charge.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone you add to your team to receive the brief. Each employee gets a personalized variant tailored to their role and stated preferences. Inactive or invitation-pending employees aren't billed. You can add or remove team members at any time and we prorate billing.
What's the difference between the plans?
Essentials sends a single weekly brief to your whole company — same content for everyone, written for your business. Professional adds 2x-weekly delivery and employee-personalized editions (each team member's brief adapts to their role and stated preferences), plus team engagement reports. Enterprise adds a fully individualized brief per employee, reply-to-customize for every recipient, per-employee engagement analytics, a dedicated account manager, and a custom SLA. REST API access and SSO/SAML are coming soon.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.
How does the brief learn what I care about?
Two ways. First, reply to any brief with feedback ('more on regulatory', 'less crypto', or even just 'this competitor matters') and we'll update your preferences for the next issue. Second, the system tracks what you click and reply to and adjusts which articles surface for you — so the brief gets sharper over time without you having to configure anything.
