FAQ
Common questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You start receiving briefs immediately on signup. No credit card required up front. At day 14, your card is charged for the plan you selected — or you can cancel anytime before then with one click. We'll send a 5-day reminder before any charge.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone you add to your team to receive the brief. On Professional and Enterprise, each employee gets their own personalized brief tuned to their role; on The Weekly, everyone gets the same company-wide brief. Inactive or invitation-pending employees aren't billed. You can add or remove team members anytime and we prorate billing.
Do everyone's briefs cover the same stories?
Some stories everyone needs — a competitor acquired, a regulator changing rules, the deal in your space. Most stories are different per person. Each brief is tuned to interests, role, and what each person tells us they want more of.
What's the difference between the plans?
The Weekly sends one briefing to your whole company every week — the same brief for everyone, written for your business. Professional adds twice-weekly delivery and an analyst for every employee: each person's brief adapts to their role and what they've told us matters, with an Executive Summary in every issue. Enterprise adds department-tuned briefs (Finance sees Finance, Legal sees Legal), an Action Items section in every brief, and a dedicated account manager.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.
How does the brief learn what I care about?
Two ways. Reply to any brief in plain English — 'more on regulatory', 'less crypto', or just 'this competitor matters' — and we update what your next brief covers. And we watch what your team opens and replies to, then tune which stories surface — so the brief gets sharper over time without you configuring anything.
